We know it’s often said that you get what you pay for – and in this case, never was a truer word spoken. Veronica, one of our Kitchenware Buyers, was almost beside herself with excitement telling us about Circulon’s Infinite hard anodised pan range; in fact, we couldn’t keep her quiet! So confident was she about their ability to spread heat quickly and evenly with no hot spots that she made us a chocolate cake on top of the hob – it was delicious! Then came a demonstration of their exceptional non-stick properties; having made a very sticky toffee sauce to accompany the cake, she simply wiped it from the pan with kitchen roll, and not a trace was left behind.
Not content with that, Veronica went on to explain how the unique wave technology of Circulon’s patented non-stick system means little or no oil is required. And still there was more! Not only are they suitable for all hobs, including induction, every pan is completely oven safe for all-round versatility in the kitchen. Unlike many hard anodised pans, Infinite are dishwasher safe, a definite ‘ticked box’ for today’s busy lifestyles. On top of all that, with tempered steel lids and sleek, stay-cool handles, they look ‘the bizz’.

I bought the 26cm lidded chef pan in May 2016. It is a great pan. I decided I will purchase some more of these pans later in the year but see they are being discontinued.

I bought one of these about a year ago and have been really pleased with it, but yesterday it excelled all my expectations. I accidently left the remains of a veg and lentil stew on the hob on a low flame and went out for 5 hours! On my return the food was black cinders, the wooden spoon was burnt black half way up its handle. I thought I would have to throw the pan away, but decided to put some cold water in it and leave it overnight. After approx 1 hour all the burnt food had floated free and the pan just needed a quick wash in soapy water to be as good as it has ever been.
