"super!" star star star star star Great set of tins. Sticky burnt on glaze from a massive ham literally just wiped off. Roast potatoes needed less oil - not a hint of a stick. Very very pleased with the set. Only downside is the shallow tray is much wider than the deep one and won't fit in the side oven of my range, a small moan really as I have two ovens!
"Disappointing!" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I was pleased with this product at first and whilst it has it kept its shape. It is after only a few months marked and sticks, really difficult in fact almost impossible to get clean! I thought I had invested in a product that would last for years but clearly not the case! support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry that you're having problems with the set and will be in touch shortly. Please remember: it’s very important to clean off cooking fats as soon as possible with a sponge and hot soapy water. Leaving the fat to cool makes it difficult to remove, and the dishwasher alone may not get it all off either. If residue still remains and the bakeware is used again, it can burn on and this will eventually damage the non-stick coating very easily – this is a common cause of non-stick issues with roasting pans and oven trays, where hot fat is used
"Very disappointing" star star_border star_border star_border star_border Bought this set as I needed a new roasting tin. What I didn't realise how bad the tin was for sticking. The roasting tin is not at all non-stick. Everything sticks and then is impossible to clean. So disappointed as I love Lakeland and have had no issues before with the own brand products. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. "Appealing Roaster ??" star star_border star_border star_border star_border This review is for an older version of this product Peeling should be the operative word here. Have had 3 replacement roasters since July, all of which resulted in the teflon peeling off within a few roasts. I followed all of the instructions, re non abrasive cleaning etc, but this pan was not up to roasting! Lakeland's customer service is excellent and offending roaster now replaced for the 4th time by a Bakingenious model - so I'm hoping this will do the trick. Can't rate this product with any stars, regardless of the rating states as you can't submit a review without at least 1 star. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for bringing this to our attention and chatting to our customer services team about this.
"delamination of roast tin coating" star star_border star_border star_border star_border We have recently received two roast tins which suffered from delamination of the coating after one use. Changed to another brand (from Lakeland). When were your improvements implemented? We preferred the original pan size and design. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for your feedback on the My Kitchen sunday roast set. We're delighted to say that we've now resolved the problems with the faulty non-stick, and we'll be in touch to offer a replacement. A handy tip: As with all non-stick bakeware, no metal utensils should be used. Cleaning cooking fats off as soon as possible will also increase the life of the non-stick coating.
