I have just used this cake tin to make the bottom tier of my daughter's wedding cake. I had never made such a large cake before but the quality of the tin ensured that the cake turned out perfectly, no burnt bits and no baked on residue. Tin was very easy to clean and very solid. I have baked since childhood... Recently was a contributor on BBC 2 Great British Bake Off programme. I have to say the quality of this bake wear is nothing short of excellent!! I am slowly purchasing the whole range, but find the quality to be superb. It bakes items evenly, it is defiantly none stick and sooo easy to clean. I have now purchased all the tins in your range as I am a Professional Cake Designer and Maker. Lovely strong material which is brilliant when storing (as some tins get easily dented) as I have so many tins of different shapes and sizes. The quality is 5 star and very easy to clean unlike a number of tins with a shine/non stick finish.Most of all the prices are very good compared to some "Professional Cake tin" suppliers.
