My Kitchen Cook & Bake Loose-Based Rectangular Flan Tin

For our large family to make a quice or flan this is simply the best size and shape, I cant praise it enough. The flan tin will take a packet of jus roll pastry without any waste, well done

Bought this from store after a mix up with delivery. Used it yesterday to make quiche, which came out wonderfully. Didn't grease it beforehand, or line, but the loose base and the non sticky-ness (?!) meant that it was fine - none of the pastry stuck at all, and the wavy edge was clearly defined. The children were impressed with the slice they had each, as usually an ordinary round quiche ends up diet size portions when you are dishing up for a family of six! The tin feels satisfyingly heavy, and washed fine by hand, but haven't tried the dishwasher yet. Great value for money.

bought two of these flan tins as I make a lot of vegetable flans. Today I used them to make my home made pizzas in for my grandson' birthday party. Great success. Pizza bases did not stick and I just served pizzas on the bottom removed from rest of flan tin. Result? Perfect. Everyone was asking about these great baking tins. I felt like a celebrity. I'm so pleased with the quality of this range of cookware. I've bought other items and it's always a pleasant surprise to feel the weight when you unpack the goods and just know it's not going to buckle in the oven. The non stick coating is excellent. Highly recommended.

I used this recently to make an orange and chocolate dessert and was delighted when it came out of the tin perfectly. Would buy more of this range.
