I own a few pieces from this range and they do exactly what they say they will. Not tried them in a dishwasher but very easy to clean by hand - pastry doesn't stick even without blind baking! No need to grease or line. Great for a large family too.
Love, love, love this flan tin - wish I'd bought one years ago. Now on the search for the perfect platter to serve my flans on - any ideas?
I used this recently to make an orange and chocolate dessert and was delighted when it came out of the tin perfectly. Would buy more of this range.
I'm so pleased with the quality of this range of cookware. I've bought other items and it's always a pleasant surprise to feel the weight when you unpack the goods and just know it's not going to buckle in the oven. The non stick coating is excellent. Highly recommended.
bought two of these flan tins as I make a lot of vegetable flans. Today I used them to make my home made pizzas in for my grandson' birthday party. Great success. Pizza bases did not stick and I just served pizzas on the bottom removed from rest of flan tin. Result? Perfect. Everyone was asking about these great baking tins. I felt like a celebrity.
