Our Buyers first heard of a new, pure silicone non-stick surface being developed by Teflon® almost a year ago, and knew straight away it was exactly the kind of innovation we thrive on. So we joined forces, and Lakeland is now very proud to introduce Bakingenius - a range of silicone-coated bakeware that gives new meaning to non-stick.

What do you get if you cross a raw egg straight from the fridge with a non-greased, just-out-of-the-oven baking sheet, and then just for good measure put them into a hot oven for 10 minutes? A cooking catastrophe; a dishwashing disaster?

We watched in horror as Veronica, one of our Buyers, did just that with the Bakingenius Baking Sheet. But then, as she tipped the tray up, gave the egg a bit of a nudge and we watched it slip off... well, let's just say our flabbers were well and truly gasted! Even more so when the tray came up good as new with just a quick run under the tap and a light rub with a washing-up brush.

"Been looking for this all my life..."

Fabulous - on the first use I lost my pizza as it slid off down the back of the oven! Was more prepared next time. Choc chip cookies were a doddle to remove, even when still warm, not a scrap left stuck on. A truly non-stick tray.

"Amazing non-stick"

I bought this product as I wanted to stop using so much baking paper when making biscuits and cookies having to line the baking trays. I have been so pleased with this product, I have baked all sorts on this sheet from cookies to pizzas and nothing has stuck to it yet, slides off effortlessly. Would definitely recommend.

I have just bought several different Bakingenius pans and this is the best non stick I have ever used. I have the silicone sheets but you really wouldn't need them on these. I made lots of sticky sweets and jammy pastries that just lifted off with no effort.

I have just purchased 3 of the Bakingenius range and cannot rate them highly enough. The sausage rolls were nearly falling off the sheet as I got them out of the oven. No more scraping. Wonderful.

This is the most non stick product I have ever used, in fact in some cases its to non stick & my flan cases have slid onto the oven shelf as i try to remove it from the oven but I wouldn't change to another product now even if you paid me. NOTHING sticks & no more greasing & flouring or lining. You all rock.
