"Small but useful"
Although they are definitely non stick, the bun holes are very tiny, smaller then a cupcake case. Alright for making mini bite size muffins or tiny yorkies but not for muffins or normal sized cupcakes.

Lakeland world exclusive
Our Buyers first heard of a new, pure silicone non-stick surface being developed by Teflon® almost a year ago, and knew straight away it was exactly the kind of innovation we thrive on. So we joined forces, and Lakeland is now very proud to introduce Bakingenius - a range of silicone-coated bakeware that gives new meaning to non-stick.
What do you get if you cross a raw egg straight from the fridge with a non-greased, just-out-of-the-oven baking sheet, and then just for good measure put them into a hot oven for 10 minutes? A cooking catastrophe; a dishwashing disaster?
We watched in horror as Veronica, one of our Buyers, did just that with the Bakingenius Baking Sheet. But then, as she tipped the tray up, gave the egg a bit of a nudge and we watched it slip off... well, let's just say our flabbers were well and truly gasted! Even more so when the tray came up good as new with just a quick run under the tap and a light rub with a washing-up brush.
Oven safe to 220℃.

This review is for an older version of this product
It's a shame that others don't agree, but I think this tin is BRILLIANT for small muffins or cup cakes. I couldn't believe that they would not stick and was very sceptical, but there was no problem, the cakes came out very easily. On another positive, they had a really sweet shape, all ready for icing! And even better, I managed to get them for half price in the sale - thanks Lakeland!
I bought 3 of these trays as they were on a 3 for 2 offer. When I got them home I found, like other customers, they are totally useless due to the fact no baking cases fit the holes! Thats a waste of£26 for me then. The quality of the trays isn't in dispute, they are the best, but what relevance is that is they can't be used. Never thought I would say this of lakeland but I'm extremely disappointed and angry.
Thanks for placing your review. I'm sorry that you feel let down by the trays. I'll be in touch shortly to help.
I must add my review to agree that these are an expensive failure as there are no paper cases that fit, the mini too small, standard size too large! Also the finished size is smaller than you expect.I purchased 2, spending nearly £26, feel I have wasted my money. On the plus side I tried some without a case and they released very easily, the tins washed without any problem BUT I want to use a paper case and buy one that fits, otherwise I would like a refund but I have used the tins.
We were sorry to learn that the bakingenius 12 cup bun tins had not lived up to your expectations. The idea behind the silicone-coated bakeware is that parchment/cases are not necessary. We'll be in touch shortly.
I bought these tins in store as I wanted a tin with deep holes in which to cook fairy cakes and thought they would be ideal but as I now see that other customers have found, cake cases do not fit. Fortunately, I have found this out before removing the packaging and using them so they will be going back - unless Lakeland can come up with some cake cases that fit the holes. I fully appreciate that you can use them without cases, but that's not what I want them for.
We'll contact you shortly to put things right with the bun tin. Thankyou for your helpful review.
