Microwave Fish Steamer

Fish cooks so quickly. Looks and tastes great. When the fish tray cracked down one side, I received a new fish steamer 2 days after I had e-mailed customer services about it. Excellent service.

I've bought a few things for the microwave over the years and they tend to languish in the back of the cupboard after one use, but this steamer is great! I cooked four salmon fillets in it, sprinkled with pepper and added a couple of slices of lemon and it was the best fish we've had in a long time. A bonus was that there was no lingering fish smell and it was easy to clean.

We regularly have salmon, which I prefer to cook in one piece. This steamer allows me to do that and produces fantastic results. I always "flash fry" my piece of fish in a hot pan first to seal it and then put it in the steamer to microwave. The fish is wonderfully moist and very tasty. A great product.

This is a fantastic product. As a vegetarian, I haven't used it for fish, but I use it for every vegetable under the sun. Probably the very best results are for new potatoes and my personal favourite, asparagus. They cook perfectly every time, and of course clean up is as easy as - well - steaming veg!

Used this steamer for the first time and it produced a superbly steamed salmon fillet. No smell (great in my small open-plan flat!) and so quick I barely had time to turn round before it was ready. Highly recommended.
