"Use for proving too"

Bought two so I can bake plenty & they fit side by side in my oven. I use them for baking home made baguettes - very easy.

I make a LOT of bread and this clever little beastie is a fabulous aid to perfect French sticks.I have used it over and over, time and time again, dozens - if not hundreds - of times. I dust it with a little flour prior to laying in the dough and it has never stuck ONCE.It makes THE most perfect French bread, with the crust exactly as crisp and chewy as it should be.Maybe I've just got a good one...

I have used this for quite some time now and it's amazing - the shape holds brilliantly. Regarding the non stick apparently wearing off, I always use non-stick baking paper and haven't had any problem at all. Wonderful gadget!!
