"Lovely little knife!"

Comfortable to use, little thumb ledge is great for firmer cutting. Nice blade. If you're looking for a paring knife, you cannot go wrong with this one!

"GREAT PARING KNIFE"

I like this Kitchen Devils Paring Knife particularly because the handle is so comfortable to use. And, like all the Kitchen Devils, it's sharp, and it stays sharp over years of use.
