I bought the Circulon roaster with rack (12273) for it's advertised non-stick coating however I am very disappointed as after only using a couple of times and taking care with cleaning have noticed that the surface covering appears to be coming off on my food when cooked. This is quite embarrassing when you give someone a roast potato and it has silver lines on it and understandably they don't want to eat it!!Looks good but coating poor.
