Cake Carrier Caddy & Lid - Holds 12 Cupcakes Or 24 Mini Muffins

I was uncertain about the storage space it would take up when not in use but other tupperware stores inside it very well. Baking for two charity events, the mini cupcake holder was fantastic and the cupcakes arrived in perfect condition with beautiful swirly butter icing. The flat base of the box will hold a graduation fruit-cake which is weighty but I am confident in the strength of this light weight box which makes transportation easier. I would advise being careful not to drop the box as I found one of the clips cracked on mine; a new one is on its way. Thank you Lakeland.

I bought this product for one occassion, to take a large cake, which it did beautifully. I questioned whether I would really get the use out of it, but I use it all the time. I store cakes and cupcakes for the family. When I make cupcakes to take out I don't have any problems with the cakes falling over as I usually make so many that I place cakes in the spaces between as well.

I've always moaned about squashed cupcake toppings when bringing my cupcakes to parties and now they look as perfect in someone else's home as they did when they were just decorated sitting in my kitchen.The Cup Cake Caddy needs to be kept flat when transporting but for someone who takes baking cupcakes as seriously (or obsessively) as I do, it's a worthwhile investment!

This does exactly what it says. It's a solid, stable and sturdy piece of equipment that is easily cleaned. I carried cupcakes and other cakes into work in the car-a very bumpy journey with lots of stops and starts-and they were perfect on arrival. I also used it to carry loaf cakes without using the insert tray, and they didn't slide around either. It is quite heavy, and it is VERY large, so it will take up alot of storage room in a cupboard, but it is so much better than squashing buns and cakes into tins and hoping they don't get ruined. Great for keen bakers-recommended!

Ever since I got a bread machine I toyed with idea of baking fluffy brioches, croissants and other delicate creations, but the dough always failed to rise properly. Then I found your caddy. It is the perfect size for holding a standard baking tray. It is also the same size as my electric warmer. Now I put my creations on a baking tray inside the caddy, I put the caddy on top of the electric warmer and, hey presto, the dough can rise undisturbed by droughts and knocks, in ideal humid and warm conditions, until it's time to pop it into the hot oven. My family have been enjoying the best bread rolls ever. Thank you Lakeland.
