For thousands of years, stone has been heated on fires and used as a cooking material because it gets extremely hot so food cooks quickly, and this aluminium pan features a Stoneline® coating that brings this cooking material bang up-to-date.
If you choose to, you can cook without any fat, meat will still brown and cook crisply, and nutrients will be retained because of the speedy cooking times. Scratch resistant, it has amazing non-stick properties – even if you caramelise sugar, it will simply wipe clean. It looks great as well, and you've got an excellent pan for under £31!

I've had my frying pan about four or five months now and wouldn't be without it. It still looks as good as when I bought it and is the best non stick pan I've ever had. In fact I've just bought myself a new one in the smaller size. It is fantastic.
This pan looked expensive and I was worried it may be too heavy for shaking food around "the chef way". But it's worth the cost for the results it gives and it hasn't been too heavy for me to move food around one handed. Just a light spray of oil is enough for vegetables or meats and it gives a great crispy finish while cutting down on the calories from oil used. This must be healthier whether you are slimming or not. This is the larger one, suggest you check sizes before ordering. Go buy it!
I read the reviews on this website and went ahead and bought this frying pan about 1 month ago and I LOVE it to bits! The non stick is SO GOOD and it is so easy to wash! I am very careful with it though because others have been saying it gets scratched easily. Please bring in/make more ranges like this!! Thank you Lakeland!
This is the best frying pan I have ever used. A spray of oil and everything just glides off! Lakeland, please, please, please can I have a wok made from the same material???

I have had my 28cm Stoneline pan for about four months now and it is still performing as well as when it was new. Cleaning it is almost a pleasure! The grimmest looking remnants (after teenage use) just sponge away.I recently came home to find that, while empty, it had been left on a hot hob for probably well over an hour by an easily distracted teenager. Although it now has a distinctly brown tinge instead of the speckled black and white coating, it still performs perfectly.My only whinge is the size. I have the 28cm which is a mite big when using the hob with other pans - the 20cm is great but only really suitable for 1-2 people. A 24cm would be a perfect compromise and I would buy it immediately.
