I am new to Easiyo so I use a thermometer for water temperature. First 1Kg, strawberry was as expected, and set perfectly. So I halved the powders for the cherry and lemon and made 2 x 500g jars. They set perfectly as well. Cherry had a lovely flavour but the lemon is my favourite with the tartness balancing sweetness. My kitchen is cold overnight, so I put the jar in the warmer lounge.
Been using your product for 7 years and love it, I had one that did not set but my kitchen is cold so put it in a warmer place overnight.
I have been very disappointed, I got my original red yogurt maker with 6 packets of easiyo super. ordered raspberry and strawberry sachets only one in three sets. Each one made exactly the same.

We're sorry that the yoghurt has been a disappointment and will be in touch shortly.Because EasiYo yogurt is a 'live' product and contains no thickening agents there is a variation in normal setting times depending on how quickly the temperature changes inside the Yogurt Maker. This depends on the actual temperature of the water used and the room temperature it sits in to set.
I thought I would be safe buying from Lakeland- how wrong!! So far I have made 3 of these sachets. The first one (raspberry) thickened slightly - almost to the consistency of a thick shake. The next two were not much thicker than the milk I made it with. I feel I've wasted my money as these sachets aren't cheap. I've decided I may as well try to make natural yoghurt from scratch. Very disappointing - I've given 1 star only because there isn't the option of none.

Noticing I could order single sachets and on offer, I gave serious thought to giving it another go. But reading so many poor reviews about the set, which was the reason I stopped buying it, I won't bother. For many years I had no problem with any of the flavours, all set beautifully - then suddenly each one ended up a container of liquid. I have two 'starter kits' sitting on my garage shelf gathering dust. Sorry, just saying.

This depends on whether you live in a warm or cold climate to a small extent and may be more to do with the actual temperature of the water used and the room temperature it sits in to set.
