I have made this delicious yoghurt, not with the prescribed Easiyo maker but on the back of my Aga for the last eight years or so. It never fails, keeps well in the fridge, is so much cheaper than supermarket pots and with only a small packet for the trash bin is far more environmentally friendly. My B & B guests love it with the home-grown fruit compote on the breakfast table.
