Super Soft White Bread Machine Pre-Mix

This soft white bread is great! Lovely for making soft white rolls. Yummy!

I put my frustration down to my inexperience with bread making and bread machines. But the instructions re machines were very poor. My first try was very sloppy and uncooked my second came out too flat. Ended up buying a supermarket mix with excellent results. I wish the insrtructions on this pack were more helpful to new users. I bought 2 boxes. Which wasn't cheap, now they will go to waste, better instructions = better rating. I can't recommend this because I couldn't cook it.

I have bought several batches of this Australian bread mix from Lakeland and have been delighted with the results every time. My family have also commented how lovely the bread looks and tastes.

Unlike the previous reviewer I have used this pre-mix along with many others on the market - and this is the best I have ever found. It raises true everytime and is lovely and soft and that's from an old tempremental bread maker. Take a chance and try this one as its not like any other.

I have used Panasonic bead maker to make bread for ages. This flour mix makes superb bread . Its all about adding the right ingredients in the right order .... easy ! Superb product.
