The quality of these pans is fantastic and I have no problems recommending these on that basis. However, they are not suitable for making mini cupcakes/muffins as the size of the moulds do not hold a mini cupcake case properly. This is more suited for making petit fours or tarts and I am still giving 5 stars as I'm sure they would be great for that.
I bought one of these mini muffin trays recently and used it to make mini caramel tarts for a buffet.They popped out of the tin like a dream and went down so well that I ordered three more trays so that I can make lots more. I highly recommend this quality product.
for the recipe Margaret - the frittatas were a great success on Christmas Eve, so I made more on Christmas morning to serve with croissants and Buck's Fizz - the tin is excellent.
Wow I made 40 muffins this weekend using this tin and I couldn;t believe how easy it was, just turn the tin over and the cakes fall out. no more scraping with a spatula to release them. Admittedly I wasn't so sure when I did the first batch so I greased them BUT the second batch I didn't grease and they still fell out easily. :-)

This pan is excellent quality and such a great price! My muffins came out lovely and it was soooo easy to clean, all it needed was a wipe out with a damp cloth. The non stick was excellent.
