"Brilliant Tool" star star star star star_border I have had 2 of these for over a year now and I use them daily in my wok, fry pan and anything else that needs stirring or turning. They are so much better than a conventional spatula. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they are now both showing signs of silicone wear on the tips exposing bare metal. Now ordering 2 more.
"good except for the handle" star star star star_border star_border This review is for an older version of this product Great product, does what it says but the handle is not heatproof, such a shame and disappointing. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. We've looked in to this we can confirm that the handles are not designed to be heat proof or to be left in contact with the pan whilst cooking. Just to help with turning food inside the pan.
"not sure I'd buy another" star star star star_border star_border I have had one of these for about a year. I love it, use it very regularly. Unfortunately the last time I used it, it scratched my non-stick omelette pan. The silicon on the tip has apparently worn down and exposed the metal edge underneath. Struggling to find another make that I like the feel of. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry that the turner has worn down, so we'll be in touch shortly.
"Brilliant Idea, Shame it doesn't last longer" star star star star_border star_border I'm buying my third, because it really is the best tool to use in my wok. It is also great in my other frying pans, lifting eggs so easily because is in so thin. But..... the silicone breaks across the end to expose the metal inside, and that then scratches non stick, to say nothing of the difficulties of getting it properly clean. So call the design team back in to solves this please! support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry the turner isn't working as expected. We'll be in touch shortly to put things right for you. We would recommend with any of the silicone coated turners not to rest them in the pan in between each turn. This would avoid the end of the turner from becoming misshapen.
