Seal-a-Meal® Refill Pack

I read instructions, practiced without food, made jam and sauces and sent them overnight by post to family.Be patient and caring it really is an excellent tool. like anything RTFM (read the flipping manual/instructions). I have since used it to freeze excess fresh garden produce including soft fruit. Some are small others large packets. I will do soup in winter and am about to make individual meals. oh, and cooked or raw meat and fish work too. I do 2 and 3 portion packs. not much waste in the bin these days. Take care to cool properly if you are going to freeze. It is easier to handle if food is cool and the air is removed more effectively. i am so pleased I bought this gadget. Only problem is that the bags and rolls are not cheap but the cost is offset by food savings. Also the food will microwave in the bg too, (pierce bag first or you will have a rocket).

i have had seal a meal for over a year now and find the bags save loads a money, they prolong shelf life and feezer life. the machine also is fab it saves sucking air out with a straw and eliminates freezer burn.GO ON SPEND A LITTLE AND SAVE A LOT!!!!!!! FOUR FRIENDS HAVE BOUGHT IT AFTER MY RAVING ABOUT IT.

Now a widow living on my own I find the seal a meal great because I can buy meat and fish on special offer for large quantities and store the surplus in single portions in the freezer. Also when I cook larger quantities and have left over handy ready meals at a much cheaper cost.The food keeps perfectly with no deterioration in the freezer for much longer than in other containers and you can reheat in the microwave or a saucepan of water so no dirty dishes! brilliant!!

This is a fantastic piece of equipment. You don't have to be a genius to use it and it saves waste. If you live on your own as I do then it is perfect as you can cook three meals and freeze two.

I was losing a lot of food from the freezer which had deteriorated due to freezer burn.This excellent machine has eliminated freezer burn and it is also very good for vacuum sealing food for the fridge, e.g. cheese, vegetables, etc.
