"Can't fault it"
We love our Quick Cup - it's great. The only downside is that it can be difficult to get new filters. So thanks for stocking them, Lakeland!

I love this product, does everything it states it will do. For me the water is more than hot enough for tea and coffee. I like to drink tea not burn my mouth of boiling hot liquid. So for me this product is perfect.I do find that is makes tea better in a teapot and coffee straight in the mug. Which makes no difference to me, as you have to brew tea anyway. I give it a huge thumbs up. Only downside and it is a minor thing, filters are hard to find in local shops. So have to buy online. Would like to see them in more shops so are easier to buy.
I have a quick cup very pleased with it. I find if youput milk in first when making tea it does not cool it down as much. filters are like rocking horse dungso it's nice too see you sell them. THANK YOU.
We are very pleased with our Quick cup, but always use the first two or three spoons of water to warm the cups, folowing the warm the pot tradition of tea making.
I bought this because I have arthritis and find it is great not having to lift a heavy kettle. However, I have found that once you put milk into your cuppa, it is not very hot. I find this Ok, but I do feel embarrassed when I give visitors a cup of tea and it isnt as hot as it would normally be. I usually apologise. But I love the quickness of it. No more waiting while the kettle boils. My other major whinge is that I have been unable to get the replacement filters in the town where I live. Thank you Lakeland, I shop with you quite a bit and didnt think to try you. Naughty of me. I should have known as you always come up trumps.
