Lakeland Sure-Grip Paring Knife 8cm Blade 4 "a bit disappointed" K 04 February 2015 All I want is a small knife that feels comfortable and cuts effectively; My old ones have seen better days so I bought this as the reviews seemed good. Sadly my search goes on . as this knife has a handle so fat and chunky that I started getting cramp in my hand after peeling just 3 apples and I had to get the old one out to finish the job. A paring knife needs to feel comfy in the hand and easy to manipulate. I didn't think my hands were particularly small but lying the 2 side by side I realised why my hand was aching! I even took a photo to show the difference!
Lakeland Sure-Grip Paring Knife 8cm Blade 4 "Solid little prep knife" Martin 30 July 2013 Takes a good edge and slices through food easily. The blade is a bit short for my taste but if I want to chop lots of stuff up I'll use my big chefs knife :-)
