I added this and two other items to my saucepans which I’ve had for nearly 13 years and they are as good as new. I can’t rate them highly enough.

So many reviews are written within days of the item being delivered. The test of a good frying pan however is whether it is as good on day 200 as day 1. I can honestly say this is. Probably the best frying pan I have ever bought, and used for tough jobs - like browning a shoulder of lamb before transferring it to a slow cooker. It heats evenly, and very well. the handle doesn't get over hot, and it cleans easily. You can spend alot of money on expensive brand frying pan and my advice is - don't. this is the one to buy.

I hadn’t expected the frying pan to be so heavy. At 1.6kg it’s much heavier than my previous 28cm frying pan which is “just” 1kg. If I’d seen it in store and lifted it I probably wouldn’t have bought it, but with Covid I decided to shop online for a change and didn’t want to go anywhere to return it, so I kept it. I’m please with how it performs. It heats up surprisingly quickly, heat is evenly spread and it’s a good depth. It washes up really easily too. Please Lakeland, state the weights of pans in the description. Someone with limited strength couldn’t lift or handle this pan, even empty.

This pan is a replacement suitable for my new induction hob. I am delighted with the quality, style and cost. It is a strong pan and cooks food really well. I successfully use it for making lots if dishes that are not fried. My English breakfasts always turn out beautifully cooked without fear of burning easily during frying. It’s a real treat to enjoy a well cooked and presented fry up on Sunday mornings!

I’m loving this frying pan. Fry’s without any sticking. Wipes clean without any bother.
