This is a lovely heavyweight pan. Ideal for risottos, paellas etc. I also do my stir fries in it, as i prefer it to a wok. I would highly recommend.

With three layers of DuPont™ Teflon® Platinum, metal utensil-friendly non-stick coating on the inside to ensure that it’s as hard-wearing as you need it to be, this 24cm stainless steel sauté pan has a soft-grip, silicone-coated handle and an encapsulated aluminium base so there's no chance of hotspots. Solidly made with an attractive, highly polished body with a stylish, brushed band around its middle, it comes with a vented glass lid and is ideal for stir fries, steak, sauté potatoes and more. Suitable for all hobs including induction. Although this item is dishwasher safe for convenience, we recommend hand washing to prolong the performance. Other pans in this range are also available.

I love this sauté pan with its covered handle and high sides that saves whatever I am cooking from ending up all over the hob. Can you please do a 22cm pan identical in every way except width?

Excellent quality, and heats up fast on an induction hob. I brought this because many pans (especially frying pans) have angled sides which 'fool' the controls on flat-surfaced hobs into 'thinking' you are about to turn the hob off, which can be really annoying! - the vertical sides of this pan dramatically reduce this problem. The lid has a steam vent, which is also a plus. Because it's a bit heavier than others pans this size, Lakeland has very thoughtfully put an additional handle on it,
