Great heavy weight tin that's the perfect size for small trial cake or for if you want a cake a couple of people.I'm so impressed with the quality of these tins I'm slowly replacing all of my old bakeware with them.
I bought these to make small Christmas cakes to give as gifts. They went down a treat with friends and family. Much to my husbands disappointment I have yet to make a pork pie!!
I bought this alongside two larger cake tins so that I could make my own wedding cake. It was just perfect for the job and the cakes came out perfectly from all the tins, I was so pleased.
These are so good. the quality is outstanding. I have used them for pork pies and small Christmas cakes. Mine are now 2 years old and are as good as the day I got them. I have the pizza trays, a swiss roll tin and several cake tins. The most fantastic baking tins I have ever encountered. They will last a life time I'm sure.
We've been baking in 3 of these tins for some time. We are pleased with the size which is perfect for small Christmas cakes for individuals or small families. However, despite very careful hand washing and handling, the coating on these tins chipped on the outside within the first 3 uses of them. This deterred us from ordering any additional ones (which we had been considering). Approx. 2 years later, the tins haven't chipped on the inside and we're using them at least once a week (we've reworked most of our regular recipes to bake in smaller tins as it suits us). The tins still bake well.
