The best tin I have ever bought. I used this tin for the first time last night to make Mince Pies...wow! My Mince Pies slipped out...really! I would say to anyone thinking about purchasing this tin....go for it, you won't be disappointed.
I bought three of these to replace some ancient ones that were thrown away after I had my kitchen refurbished. Unfortunately I am going to have to swap them for the deep ones as they will not hold my paper cake cases flat - they are too non stick and I just cannot make the filled paper cases stay level. All my small cakes have come out with a sloped top!
I decided to have clearout of all my old cake tins. Now that I own a complete set of these, I make excuses to cook cakes in order to use them. Real quality!
