"Excellent Product"

Tried this out last night - very pleased with the result. The white set quickly, so just removed the ring and flipped the egg - perfect! Saves a bit of room in the pan while cooking and makes the egg look neater on the plate (sad, I know - I think I'm turning into a Stepford wife!)

"making pyklets"

These egg rings are the best I've found for cooking pyklets(crumpets). They are so easy to use and do the job to perfection. I also use them for making drop scones(scotch pancakes) as well as frying and poaching eggs.

I love this product and it's results. As well as fried eggs I use them to poach eggs in the frying pan. Just make sure the fat or water is hot when you put the eggs in and I remove the rings when the eggs are almost cooked and then splash over them with the fat or water.My grandsons think I make the best poached eggs ever now.

"Great for making crumpets"

Well greased, these are brilliant for making your own crumpets. Fill almost to the top and fry until nearly set, then you can shake the crumpet easily of the ring and turn it over with a spatula to fry the other side.
