Wouldn't we all like to make more efficient use of the space in our ovens, and save fuel costs into the bargain?
Mermaid's mini oven trays are the answer.
Sliding alongside your normal sized roasting dishes, they fill the 'gap' on an oven shelf and allow you to cook smaller portions.
Hard anodised, so guaranteed not to twist, warp or buckle at the highest temperatures, and with strong, solid bases so they can even stand the direct heat from a hob or grill.
Set of 3: roasting tray, shallow and deep dishes.
Please note: This product will benefit from being seasoned before use.

These baking trays seem to divide people. They definitely don't work for me. I now have a burnt sticky mess on the tray which I will now throw away and buy a non stick one.

Good size for two, as long as you check your food every now & again it is rare for anything to stick purchased these smaller trays to work along side my larger 12yr old Mermaid Trays which are still going strong today just a bit stained but nothing sticks or burns (unless you leave it in the oven too long!!) Would be nice if Lakeland sold a larger range of Mermaid items.
Expensive and yet disappointed that after well seasoned they still stick and also they burn everything at the bottom. Size is perfect but performance rubbish.

These are just amazingly good quality pans. I bought them together with the roasting rack and can say they are a joy to use. All this about 'non stick' and 'seasoning the pan' went over my head. I just put a bit of oil in the pans that I'm using and get on with it. No trouble so far and I've been using them for two year or so. It's just so good at Christmas to get so many pans into the oven and still have room. Thank you Lakeland.
From others' comments I thought this "seasoning" was going to be a bind, but I just did as described then used the deeper dish for an asparagus pie and it came out perfectly! Dish washed sparkling clean with no effort. They're perfect in my small oven.
