I think these are wonderful chopping boards. I'm on my 2nd set after many, many years & they get used daily. The different colours prevent cross contamination not only of germs but smells too. Here the yellow board is relegated to use only for garlic, onions & very smelly herbs like chives. They have been part of the programme to teach my children about the importance of food hygiene. I've just ordered what seems to be my 3rd & final set, to hide in the back of a cupboard now that Lakeland won't be stocking them anymore :-( Serves me right for not giving them a rave review before.
