"Great product" star star star star star I use this to puree my baby's food - it's great and will come in handy for a long time I'm sure! Very easy to clean as well. Great!
"I love this" star star star star star This is fantastic for the money. I bought it to make weaning food for my baby. She's 3 years old now and I still use it loads and loads.I particularly wanted one with an all steel stick, this was the only one I could find at the time. Do not submerge the top of the chopping container when washing it though - once water gets in it is won't come out. Wipe it round with a cloth / washing up brush.
"Had for 4 years" star star star star star_border I've had mine for for years to make baby food for my children and it has been brill. After this time and different uses the little spike has finally given up the ghost and come off in the blender but it has done its job and would buy another one.
"Good but not fantastic" star star star star_border star_border Having always used liquidisers for the large quantities of homemade soup I make, I bought an "experimental" plastic stick blender from Tesco for the huge sum of around £4.95. It was a great success, ,although fiddly to wash, and a few years on I decided to upgrade to the Krups. It's fine, but no exponentially better for the extra £40. In fact, despite all the different speeds, I find it splashes more and blends less finely. The additional gadgets are OK, but I don't use them that much. All in all, it's a perfectly good bit of kit, but I could have done just as well with the original cheapy. support_agent A note from the team We're concerned to learn the Krups professional hand blender didn't quite meet your expectations. We'll be in touch shortly.
"Looks good but bit bulky" star star star_border star_border star_border I have a much loved blender. It is 10 years old and I decided to upgrade. I use mainly for soups - but thought it would be useful to have one I could use with an attachment for chopping etc.I looked at this in store and it looked good. Bit pricey but it looked well made and I hoped I would use it as much as my blender.I unpacked it when I got home but didn't like the feel of the hand blender. It was too thick and didn't feel comfortable to handle. More designed for a man's hands I think.I was unsure - maybe I was just used to a certain size and would get used to it? I then tried it with some of the accessories. I managed to assemble easily but then struggled to remove. Possibly this would improve with age / use, but I don't really want to risk it. I am returning it and will try either the Phillips or the new Kenwood. Will probably see if I can try in store before deciding. support_agent A note from the team I'm sorry that the product didn't live up to your expectations - we'll be in touch shortly.
