500 Waxed Discs for Burgers 5 "Perfect For The Quarter Pounder Burger Press" Ms Gladstone 23 November 2018 I've never had a problem with these.They're a perfect fit for the quarter pounder press & if used BOTH sides of each burger when in the making & the burgers stacked neatly in stacks of 5-6 in a freezer bag & frozen un-squashed there's no problem.Once frozen, leave in bag& bang the stack ON ITS SIDE EDGES on your work top, each burger falls away individually because between each burger there will be 2 discs, no 2 burgers will be sharing 1 disc. The discs peel off without effort whether done while frozen or not. The thickness of the disc is perfectly adequate so don't be put off from purchasing.
500 Waxed Discs for Burgers 1 "Burger maker waxed discs" Mrs Shields 02 March 2020 I have just purchased a replacement pack of waxed discs for the burger maker and they really are thin and flimsy. They almost dissolve when they come into contact with the burger. I usually freeze my burgers with the discs not sure what they will be like when defrosted. Very disappointing. 500 Waxed Discs for Burgers 1 "Rubbish" John Cowl 10 September 2019 I agree with the majority of the comments here. I bought a press several years ago, along with an extra pack of discs; this original purchase just ran out so I got a pack of the current version, and am very disappointed - thin & useless, they leak through onto the press and then stick even more.
