This heat diffuser is also ideal for using with ceramics, such as tagines, ensuring even heating for efficient cooking without the food sticking to the sides or burning.
The Heat Diffuser is suitable for use with gas, electric rings, and solid fuel cookers only.

Very pleased with this diffuser. Works well on my gas cooker, for slow-cooking stews. I had one years ago and am pleased to now have such a gadget again!
I bought this for my daughter as I have had one of these for several years. A brilliant piece of kit. Not as eye-catching as some but is much better at its job. With the multiple layers of metal, heat is distributed evenly across the base of any sized pan and protects pottery like tagines on the hob.
I love this product as my gas hob can often be a bit too high for simmering. I bought two and have purchased before. Excellent product.
Does it’s job well. I bought it to use under a tagine when cooking on the hob, so as to spread the heat evenly and avoid direct heat onto parts of the pot.
