With plenty of room inside for a deep fruit cake, strawberry-filled Victoria sponge or a fancy gateau, this cake box is sensibly made so that even a decorated cake can be placed into the base without difficulty, and of course it can hold round cakes as well as square. The deep lid of the roomy container is airtight and watertight with two strong clips to hold it firmly in place until it’s time to lift it away to remove the cake at its destination, or to cut a slice with ease.

In addition to a sturdy carry handle on the top, it features a specially raised, lift-out rack to prevent your home bake from getting a soggy bottom. There's also a date indicator on top, which allows you to mark the day of the month that you stored a bake and proves very useful when storing for longer periods.
