Meat Mincer

The instruction manual lacked detail on the sausage making set up. I found the suction lock is not strong enough for my work surface because it is very slightly textured. however cutting the meat smaller at the start solved the problem of slipping and detaching. I also found that changing the size of the grinding disk did not work very well because of the meat getting in the thread of the cap. So i recommend a complete clean up between changes. Easy to clean a storage box would have been useful to keep all the pieces together. All things considered it is a great buy.

This mincer is total rubbish does not cling to anything tried all different ways to clamp it but just wouldn't,work,my son had to hold it down while I minced ,mincer was great just the suction was useless ,not used since .

I WANTED TO MINCE MY OWN MEAT AFTER ALL THE RECENT PROBLEMS WE HAVE SEEN WITH DODGY MEAT SUPPLY'S, I ALSO HAD A FANCY TO MAKE MY OWN SAUSAGES FOR THE SAME REASON. I CHOSE TO LOOK FOR A HAND OPERATED MACHINE AS I WANTED SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T RELY ON A POWER SOURCE. THIS LITTLE MINCER AND SAUSAGE FILLER IS JUST RIGHT, IT STICKS FIRMLY TO MY MARBLE PASTRY SLAB AND SO FAR HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM MINCING ANY TYPE OF MEAT. I LIKE SAUSAGES AND HAVE JUST SPENT A PLEASANT COUPLE OF HOURS MINCING AND MAKING TEN POUNDS OF GAME SAUSAGES FOR HALF THE PRICE I WOULD HAVE PAID IN MY SUPERMARKET.A GREAT BUY!

Lovely little mincer and very good - gets through the meat in no time. I too found the suction to not work on my worktop however just to let others know I got round this by placing on a glass surface - it suctioned on and stayed on perfectly. Lovely item!
