"mincing with pleasure"
The instruction manual lacked detail on the sausage making set up. I found the suction lock is not strong enough for my work surface because it is very slightly textured. however cutting the meat smaller at the start solved the problem of slipping and detaching. I also found that changing the size of the grinding disk did not work very well because of the meat getting in the thread of the cap. So i recommend a complete clean up between changes. Easy to clean a storage box would have been useful to keep all the pieces together. All things considered it is a great buy.
