If you’ve ever had trouble getting your roast to stay still while you try and carve it ready for serving, this Stainless Steel Spiked Carving Tray was designed for you. Ideal for both meat and poultry, it will make serving up your delicious Sunday dinners super-easy.

With 5 spikes in the middle of the tray, which grip your meat or poultry and keep it firmly in place, you can quickly and easily carve off thick slices for all the family. Slightly raised in the centre, the tray allows juices to drain away from the meat. Big enough for larger birds and joints of meat, this carving tray will be coming in handy all year round.

Made from robust stainless steel, the tray is built to last and it can go straight in the dishwasher for effortless cleaning.

"Just what we wanted"

I ordered this online about 5 days before Christmas, when we realised we had thrown away our old spiked carving dish. It arrived in good time, just when it was promised and we used it over Christmas - it accommodated our very large (enough for 12 people!) turkey comfortably. We are really pleased with it and the service from Lakeland, will certainly use them again.

"Worth the money!!"

My mum has has one of these for years and tho it seems such a simple, handy thing but it just seemed to be quite expensive for what it was!! However, I have now bought one and they are so useful when doing a roast - the juices don't dribble all over your work top like they do if you put it on some kind of chopping board, the meat stays still while you're carving and you can leave it on this when you pop any leftovers in the fridge. I will probably have this as long as my mum has had hers - not a bad price when you look at it like that!!

I've had one of these carving dishes for years (at least 5) and friends coming for dinner always say how practical and smart. I can't remember how many I've bought as presents, but I'm just about to add another to the total!
