Relieved I'm not alone!

I'm relieved to find I'm not the only one having problems with the zip-seal bags not being airtight, I thought it was me. I've resorted to sealing them with Klippets. I've never had such useless freezer bags.

Split zips

I bought these thinking that you may have resolved the issue. Very disappointed.
In common with other customers I have found that even with lightweight items these bags split along the join with the zip, some after only one use.
I'm afraid my rating is extremely low as I feel they are not of the quality I would normally expect from a Lakeland product.

Zippy bags

I used to have these sent over from the USA, then found you had them, I brought the 3 sizes, every 6 months , they were great, but the last two lots I brought in same store, Bluewater, they were awful. It seems they were excellent, but even on opening these on the first time of using, the plastic wasn't strongly attached to the zip part, so as soon as you went to pull the zip, they tore at the top, I think I threw all away except for 4 out of the 3 packs I brought, I am so disappointed, as they used to be thick and sturdy, I gave so many away, now I can't trust to buy them, and I miss using them. So I think...going back to how they were first made should be the way forward, as it's a lot of £ to keep throwing away. Think last lot were near to £12, for the 3 packs, so come on Lakeland, get working on it us busy gals need them...I even put them on the list on here when doing my order, as I thought it may be a one off, but saw others, and took them off my order, so we can't all be wrong!!! Was a 5 star now a 1 star.
