Event Sunday 27th May 10.30am - 4.30pm: Come and join us for lots of ideas on how to make your own Jubilee festivities fit for a Queen! We will be demonstrating some of our new and favourite products and of course, there will be a chance for you and the family to try them yourselves. Plus we will be delighted to offer you a 10% discount when you spend over £30 on your purchases during the event. To avoid disappointment, contact the store team if you would like to reserve any specific items. Please do take the time to pop along and join us.
Our store is tucked away in the Longmarket, between the High Street and Burgate - just look out for the o2 store or Curry's, and then you'll know you're in the right area.
As we are right in the city centre, we are close to the White Friars multi-storey, Rose Lane and Queningate car parks. We will happily help you carry your Lakeland shopping back to your car, or you could drive to our back door to collect it later in the day (the team can give you directions if needed). Alternatively you could leave your Lakeland bags with us if you want to go off and explore or enjoy a relaxed lunch - there is a huge variety of restaurants and cafés within a few minutes of the store. You may even want to catch the matinee at the reopened Marlowe Theatre! There are also three excellent Park & Ride services in Canterbury: New Dover Road, Wincheap and Sturry, with buses running into the city between 7am and 7.30pm Monday to Saturday.
And of course, if you want a break from all that shopping, Canterbury Cathederal, The Roman Museum and The Canterbury Tales are all just yards away.
