Cutter too deep
by Joanne Smith
Unlike other reviewers I had no problem with the cutter sticking but I did find I needed to roll out the dough much thicker than for other cutters such as the gingerbread man one sold by Lakeland. As a result I got half as many pudseys out of the my dough as I would have liked! I think if the depth of the cutter was reduced this would improve it.

I'll pass your suggestion on to our Buying team for consideration.
Cookie cutter leaves no impression.
by Eleanor
If I could give this cutter a zero star rating then I would. I had planned to make some Pudsey bear biscuits to sell at my daughter's Jo Jingles class on Children In Need Day (they always give the charity a lot of support).
However, when I tried to cut some biscuits, the features made no impression on the dough. I used thicker dough, still nothing and then tried even thicker dough, still no impression! I checked the packaging and yes, it is meant to be a cookie cutter, not a cake mould.
As a previous reviewer has stated, if half the money wasn't going to charity I'd be returning this for a refund. Very disappointing indeed.

I'm sorry you've had such difficulties with the cookie cutter. We'll be in touch shortly to put things right for you.
Really Difficult To Use
by Ms McDougall
Dough stuck, extra flour needed which made the recipe slighly off. Difficult for the Kids too which left everyone disappointed.
Had the money has not partly been for Children In Need I think I would have asked for a refund.
METAL one super though.
