Failed on 2nd use, but Lakeland soon sorted it out for me :)

I purchased this back in July this year along with the Talia icing set, with the intention making and icing my own cupcakes etc.. When I saw how big these nozzles were, and what you could use them for I though 'great!' and ordered one. The first use was mashed potato. Very good finish. 2nd time was for some icing - and the nozzle popped through the sewn 'cuff' at the end. It was obvious that the stitching had not been made tight enough - rendering the piping bag useless. I emailed Lakeland to give them some feedback, and I was surprised and pleased to receive a prompt reply, with the offer to replace or refund. I opted for a replacement, as I think this set will come in handy!! This arrived within 3 days of the response from Lakeland. So thank you very much - I am very impressed by Lakelands level of C/service!!

You'll never need to buy another piping set after buying this one. I have purchased countless different sets over the years and never rated them - ususally binning them after one or two uses, but this set is great. Robust bag which is adequately sized and washes and dries quickly and easily and great sized nozzles which give a good, clean shape every time.
