Have found this to be a real handy little bin for disposing of food waste in the kitchen and the bonus has been it takes up virtually no space on the work tops. Only downside that I have found is a similar product (if not the same) is available on an alternative website for less money.

I love my new peely bin!---but----the knob on the top is a tad too small for sticky/messy/wet fingers! (AND my husband finds it too small for his larger fingers--Yes!-- He does use it!) If it was a loop type of handle--perhaps like the side handles, then it would be easier to remove even one-handed! As it is I usually have to put everything down to remove the lid (between thumb and forefinger) ---annoying as I could probably manage to find a finger free to do it!! Otherwise it matches my kitchen perfectly! Thanks!

I bought this bin to replace a crockery one, which did not bounce when dropped. This bin holds double what my old one did. Bounces when dropped and discreetly fits in the corner of my worktop. You don't have to even have the words peely bin facing you as they are only printed one side. It is also very easy to clean with no nooks and crannies for dirt to get into. All in all it does what it's supposed to do.
