“My best kitchen aid

I have been using this product for at least 5 years. I would not be without it. Gravy, custards, and anything that would stick with direct heat cooking, are easily and cleanly cooked with any lumps whisked away and no burnt saucepans.

I originally bought the smaller size diffuser and loved it as it meant my homemade spag bol no longer got scorched, unfortunately it got lost during a kitchen refit so I took the opportunity to buy the bigger size. I think it's fab as I can now make large portions to freeze some for later and I don't have to spend the entire time in the kitchen to make sure the food doesn't wind up welded to the pot!

This is one of the most used 'gadgets' in my kitchen.
