Another fine Cedars Gold Wine kit” by Michael
Having already sampled and enjoyed the Pinot Grigio version I have now made and tasted the Soave. It is a very light and refreshing wine, very easy to drink when chilled. I enjoy the simplicity of the Cedar Gold system of making wine from scratch. Two large cans of grape juice, the 5 packets needed to make the process work just add water, get a food standard 15L bucket and the blue fermenter that Lakeland sell and you are ready to make wine far cheaper than shop bought Wine.A little tip, if you want the wine to be crystal clear when bottling use a Vinbrite Filter.
