I have been using Lakeland large foil dishes for years to make lasagnes and moussakas to freeze. I was so disappointed to find that the 'new' ones are much shallower than the ones you used to stock. I struggled to fit the layers in when attempting to make a lasagne and ended up scraping it back out and using a glass dish instead. Why has Lakeland changed what was a perfect product?
A note from the team
Thanks for the review. It's always frustrating when our favourite products take on a new look. We try to give good value where we can and due to a substantial price increase felt that the new version, that included the lids, fit the bill. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the new size but hope you can adapt your recipes to fit the new style dishes.
