I bought the pan and then read the reviews-oops! Then panicked that it wasn't going to work properly, but hey it did! I used a 5 egg recipe, baked at 160 fan for 40 mins then reduced heat to 140 for another 50 mins. I stood the pan in a sandwich tin with rolled tinfoil to secure. I greased and lined with 2 strips of parchment paper crossed over and the cake came extremely easy. Don't be put off by other reviews.
