Silicone Pretty Puddings Mould

These are adorable and make an easy dessert look almost spectacular! A great idea is to make chocolate brownie in the moulds, pipe some Chantilly, than drizzle some hote fudge sauce ! I recommend these

Silicone Pretty Puddings Mould

Mastered the art of making the Bordeaux classic pastry Caneles, in mini version. There are are number of articles on the web showing how to make these tricky beasts, the final result should resemble a free standing Creme brulee, crisp on the outside and custard like in the middle. I'm told that in the US these are fast becoming the new Madeleines! It is essential to use bee's wax! I found helpful information on many sites on the web - It's worth the 48 hour wait

Silicone Pretty Puddings Mould

This is the traditional mould for Cannele de Bordeaux and silicone works well without any releasing spray, however to get the crunchy outside crust a coating of melted beeswax mixed with vegetable oil or melted butter, is essential for taste as well as crunch. Then, I don't think you can tell the results from the traditional metal moulds which are a lot more expensive. I love these dishwasher safe moulds.
