“Decompose

I have just gone to use a container of gold stars (bbe 2012) and found that most of them appear to be small dark pieces rather than stars. They have been kept in a cool dark cupboard and are unopened but look as if they have got damp and started to break down. I may managed to salvage a few but they are basically useless. A good idea but...

“beware of colour

I recently ordered the Edible stars for my cupcake decorations for my forthcoming wedding..unfortunately when they arrived they are Dark silver which you don't see in picture.

I loved these! I used them on buttercream frosting and they were wonderful. They didn't curl up and the color didn't run. Probably it was the type of frosting that gave the previous reviewers a problem.
