Using a combination of cutting-edge technologies the blade is made from robust German stainless steel, and combined with a Japanese-style edge, hand-honed to a perfect 15° angle. It is this fusion of styles that makes the Robert Welch Signature Range so special.
Full-tang and fully forged from a single billet of stainless steel, and weighted for perfect balance, the ergonomic DuPont handle is injection-moulded onto the steel in one piece for added durability, and ensures a comfortable hold.
The Bread Knife slices through a crusty loaf like butter, hard carrots present no problem, and the super-sharp blades peel soft tomatoes so well that the skin comes off paper thin! There isn’t a single aspect of these knives that hasn’t been meticulously considered.

Awesome knife. Cuts through anything like butter. Wish I hadn't waited to buy an expensive knife till now. Like it so much that I have asked for more of the range for Christmas!

Robert Welch Signature Knife Collection
We are wanting to replace our knives and thought we would try one of these to see how we got on with it.
Well I can't say it has been thoroughly tested as we only got it recently - but so far we are thrilled with it and fully intend to get some more of the knives in this range.
It is super sharp and feels really well balanced and looks great.
Here's hoping it continues to be this great!
