Despite their superior quality, the knives are surprisingly lightweight to use, and delicately balanced inside with sand, for comfort and ease of use.

“best knives ever

Global knives are an investment, but are worth the money for the pleasure they make cooking. Chopping veg up is so much nicer with a global knife.

“Essential kitchen Aid

I have had my six Global knives since 1994 and they are all as good as the day my Husband bought them.
It is well worth buying the sharpening block too.It is easy to use and keeps the blades in a good sharp working condition.
The initial outlay is very expensive but, you will probably never have to replace them in your lifetime
