Lakeland Cling in Cutter Box

Have use this for years, no problems at all, last time ordered the film not in cutterbox by mistake,couldn't wait to use it up, although film itself ok very fiddly. Well worth extra for box. I think its wonderful. Suggest if other customers are having problems ,they're not setting it up correctly and should try customer services for help
