I have used these hundreds of times and they work better than any other silver or gold as when cooked the 2 layers stay together (the outer gold/silver layer and the inner liner)

I was delighted with the small cases - a perfect size for the mini muffin tin, unlike other mini cake cases I've bought. They keep their shape well, peel easily, and still look wonderful after cooking.
