To ensure even heat distribution without the hotspots usually associated with stainless steel pots and pans, we've given the bases an aluminium core which is one of the best materials for efficient, responsive heat conduction.
And because we've listened to your needs, the Milk Pans and Frypans have been treated to 3 layers of DuPont™ Teflon® Platinum, metal utensil-friendly non-stick.

I purchased 3 of the pans and they are the best pans I have bought in 40 years. They are so easy to clean and the milkpan just rinses clean every time. I can not fault them at all. Worth every penny. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

My Kitchen Stainless Steel Pots and Pans
I bought 2 saucepans and large casserole ( C D F)2 years ago and have been delighted with them. The handles stay cool, they still look brand new and I even make jam in the casserole. Best saucepans I've ever had.

My Kitchen Stainless Steel Pots and Pans
I bought three of these saucepans several months ago when I had my kitchen re-vamped.They've been in daily use and have out performed any other pans I've had to date. Just taken delivery of the saute pan. Excellent size and weight. Can't wait to try it out.
