When you want something quick, convenient and nutritious to eat, simply fill a bag with fresh home-grown or even frozen vegetables, fish, or perhaps a chicken breast.
After a few minutes in the microwave, its contents will be steamed to perfection, retaining the fabulous flavour and all those beneficial vitamins… and there’s no washing up!
Thanks to the special ‘almost invisible’ valve incorporated in the bag, the steam that’s generated is gradually and safely diffused.
And, as they’re freezer safe, you can prepare as many portions as you like in advance.

I find these fantastic, no getting out the steamer anymore, and no washing up, they are great for smaller portions as well.
As somebody who is disabled I find these great as I don't have to worry about heavy pots and boiling water.

I love these bags. I use them all the time, so much better than using a bulky steamer.
